I keep seeing people saying the their IP has asked for an increase in payments after the annual reveiw.

My concern is, i've not had a pay rise for 5 years, quarterly bonuses are getting less, but rent, council tax, gas electric etc.. have all gone up.

Do they always insist on raising your payments after the first year - i'm worse off now than i was when i started.

You will only be asked to increase your payments if your disposable income has increased. In my experience this happens in less than 5% of the cases under my supervision in my own practice.

Well I'm still sitting in my dressing gown, so I suppose I'm not working really too hard!
