(this falls on stoney ground as within a short time of getting my Trust Deed protected my IP was trying to get my deed ended by early release of equity.. I am entirely happy with my IP.
Does anyone know of this chap

I'm not at home right now, but will be scanning the letter and sending to my trusted and well respected IP - who's company has been in business for over 100 years on my return and will be offer to support in any legalities..
