Hi
Are you still in your IVA ?
This statement has come from a company that will try and get you to go down the bankruptcy route and will charge you a fat fee in the process. If you have a problem with your IVA speak with your Insolvency Practitioner in the first instance
Regards

Totally agree with Andy.

These firms are con merchants and should be avoided at all costs.

What company has contacted you Ravi?

Unless we can remove the register from public view then it will never happen.

H - can't believe you only have three months to go now!

I did read some gumpf about the register and it is apparently there so the public are able to establish who is a culpable bankrupt!

Load of rubbish! The only people who need to know are creditors, and they should be made to pay for access.

Joe Public does not need to look at it.

I agree. And creditors have access to credit files anyway.

The only purpose it serves is to let unscrupulous companies try to exploit the vulnerable.

Wonder why they are going to make it public now?

As you say Paul - the leeches must be rubbing their hands as the prospect of lots more potential customers.

There are so many registers held by the Govt but I can't think of any others that are available for public viewing on the net.

I just can't understand why they do it, especially in these days of Data Protection.
