I've just recieved a letter from the IVA Helpline, which is a new one for me. As for DPA, since the register is in the public domain anyway these leeches technically not doing anything wrong. Doesn't make it right though.
No they're not doing anything illegal, they're just leeches preying on the vulnerable.
