Thank you Mrs R someone who can understand the awkwardness of situation. We dont care that whatever value of his share is due to the iva. We know that and accepted that any windfall etc would be due as soon as we signed up for an iva. Thats not the issue.
The problem is getting it. Wed rather not tag any further payments on the end given weve still got our own equity to deal with in due course! Hopefully the solicitor whos got the original will can advise and the house will get valued at some point too.
