It inspired me though (according the The Mirror, May 7th and Google)

not only does he claim to be the UK's Leading Insolvency Expert

he can allegedly cure swine flu and HIV

allegedly provides chemical warfare decontamination

allegedly provides military tactical support

AND is apparantly banned from the Maldives (presumably for the above)

I've emailed a friend at the BBC about his claims to be their insolvency advisor as the only reference i found was from 2004 and I've been on Radio Five this year! Maybe I should put it on my CV.

He also closed down an English firm in France but neglected to tell the employees until it happened.

He was held for 48 hours in the only prison in the Maldives (if you get sent down, that has to be the only prison to go to - on a paradise island!) and I think it was for all the stuff you have said Johnny!

Never trust anyone with a fancy, hyphenated name.

It also means he is often quoted in stories as "Lord Castle" when actually its his name not a title.

I'm not saying he's not a significant person, he certainly is notable from the newspaper stories I found. Clearly he isn't a consumer IVA specialist!

I have nothing against hyphenated names, one of my heroes is/was Sir John Harvey-Jones and I'd recommend anyone who thinks they have problems to read his autobiography!

I'm not sure if he was an IVA expert though.

I could think of several words to describe him, none of them complimentary, none include the words 'insolvency expert' and if I put them down on here I'd be kicked off!
