I have just been on the register and instead of it showing us with DFD, we are now shown as being with a company called RSM Tenon Recovery Limited.

Does anyone know anything about this at all? I am a bit worried.

Needed to change my post as I forgot you are nearly finished your IVA and it is not a new case. I know Tenon did do self employed cases for DFD but Declan will have to clarify.

Michael, we are not self employed at all. Both of us are in paid emplyment. And on the register we have always shown as being with DFD, until now.

Sorry I realised that and then tried to change my post and instead wiped the whole thing. I do not know why this has happened but am sure Declan can explain.

I have also emailed Declan with this, as its just worrying me now.

We are due our annual review and have normally received the paperwork by now, but have received nothing, so I am wondering if this has anything to do with it.

I think someone mentioned it had been down recently for maintenance so wonder if that's where the blip came from? Worth looking at though definitely flow. I might go take a look myself now.

Not sure then Flow, I'm sure Declan will be along at some point. I've just looked despite vowing I wouldn't look again and mine is ok. However, for some reason I couldn't resist and put in daughters boyfriends parents details and my feelings were confirmed they're in an IVA! I really shouldn't know that information it is so wrong, I did it because of something boyfriend told me and put 2 and 2 together! That register is so wrong to be on public view!

I agree lesley.

Its funny though how you can spot when someone could be in one. It happened with my colleague. She mentioned something about not being able to have a credit card. We are quite close so didn't feel too bad about asking. But I asked about bankruptcy, and she said that they were in an iva after I had told her about ours. x

I have just spoken to the manager of our supervision team and she advises me that the details of some of our clients are also wrong. The site has been down for a couple of weeks and it may be that they have got a lot of incorrect information. Do not worry anyway as the IVAs ar still valid and it seems to be a problem with the register.

Panic over. x
