Hi Flow
Very odd occurrence that and as I mentioned, you are indeed still with us. I will let you know when the Insolvency Service gets back to me but again most odd!

I have just spoken to the manager of our supervision team and she advises me that the details of some of our clients are also wrong. The site has been down for a couple of weeks and it may be that they have got a lot of incorrect information. Do not worry anyway as the IVAs ar still valid and it seems to be a problem with the register.
As Michael says Mum of 3 it's nothing to worry about. It's an error with their systems.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
One of our IPs is showing up with the address of the firm he worked for many moons ago. It may be that your current IP at DFD previously worked at RSM Tenon and this explains the error.
Thank you for your quick response Declan. I was having kittens - thinking we have come this far with DFD and they have deserted us! I am so glad its all sorted.
Thanks for that Michael. [:)]

Its now time to start living and to make some some wonderful memories!
Read my blog at http://flow13.blogs.iva.co.uk/ 'Aiming for the finish line'
I can add my experience to this - I have just checked my entry on the Insolvency Register and it states that my IVA is with "RSM Tenon Recovery Ltd" - a company of whom I have absolutely no knowledge and with whom I have never had any contact. I have e-mailed my concern to the Insolvency Service "Feedback" option on their website and await an explanation. This is all very strange.
I am totally confused. My entry on the register has been accurate (apart from a change of IP) for 45 months - yet this wierd amendment has suddenly been inserted. I am sure RSM Tenon are a jolly good company but - how on earth have the Insolvency Service suddenly linked me with them? I am with a company who have given me excellent service and cannot understand why their details have disappeared.
If anyone from the Insolvency Service is reading - URGENT EXPLANATION PLEASE!!!!!
Very true flow - if the Insolvency Register has - as I understand it - been down for maintenance / update - then it would have been really good if they could have taken the time and effort to ensure that the information published on this totally open website was indeed correct before going back "on-line". Hopefully someone from the organisation reads this forum and will let us know how this happened. It certainly does not inspire confidence!!!!
