Hi all,

Hopefully an easy question for someone - my IVA ends this year at the end of year five - no extension as I have no equity.

In terms of coming off the insolvency register and the restriction on the house - do these come off once last payments have been processed etc, or will it be at the end of the 6th year?

Thanks!

The IP removes the restriction and requests your removal from the register at the same time as the final report is sent out. Any problems at the time and let me know but there should not be.

Seems the last five years have flown and while you are nearly out of the woods your beloved Chelsea have gone the other way! Any more dodgy results and you will be playing my boys next year...

Hi it's two different things. You will come off the register within 3 months of your CC being issued.

You credit rating will be cleared of the IVA 6 years from the start date.
