the firm who contacted me regarding helping sort out my debt problems is now the same company who were asigned as my trustee,i dont know if im loud to name them im not to shore on the forum rules,they manedged to become my trustee whilst i was waiting to hear about my IVA.

It's up to you whether you name them - there are no forum rules about not doing so, but please don't post anything that you feel uncomfortable about. I was just curious to know who is behind all of this.

i just wanted to check well theres no harm anymore,the company is wilson field in sheffield,trustee claire foster,from day one all they wanted was the house.

Hi - I'm not on the Insolvency Register either, in any of my incarnations - single name or both married names, although my husband is. We have an interlocking IVA.

I'm not particularly bothered by not being on it though!
