After completion with the insolvency register when your IP issues the certificate and informs them of the completion.

The IVA remains on your Credit Reference File for 6 years from when it was registered assuming the IVA is marked as completed by the CRA, as do any defaults.
We're willing to wipe the slate clean, give you a fresh start. All that we're asking in return is your cooperation.

The IVA comes off the Insolvency Register though shortly after the IP informs them.
