It never fails to amaze me how some people can be so nasty - haven't they got anything better to do with their time? I believe what goes around comes around...

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

Hi
Another reason to have access to the forum restricted.
I am meeting with Andy Woodhead of the Insolvency Services on Tuesday and will raise this point.

It's dreadful that Joe Public can see us.Treated as though criminal.Confidentaility and data protection stops us knowing about sex offenders etc but we're there for the world to judge. I managed to get my name off the 192 search to protect my home details (I work in mental health and it was once threatened that someone come and find me)Why can't this be the same with this information? Hi Andy as per my previous posting regarding Insolvency Register (Scotland), they charge to look at this site and charges are annual subscription is £4,000.00, day viewing is £16.00, may be if England/Wales had somthing simular it may be a deterant?

Charging is a good idea as I will be the first to admit to looking after I found out it was there and found a couple of my friends on it, which is terrible, I shouldn't know their business unless they choose for me to know it.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

def agree on the charging but i think only people who need to know should be able to access it ..not anyone. i live in fear of someone discovering it!
