I went into my local branch, that may have made a difference. Also I opened mine a year ago and we know how the banks are tightening up - even though they seem to have made billions in their six month trading figures!!
IVA started Sept 09. Glad to be on the way to being debt free

We have tried the yorkshire bank and they refused us, cant work out these banks its so frustrating!!

Thats strange Martina, I was approved for a Yorkshire Readycash without any probs.. must depend on the town..

Might depend on whether or not you're on the electoral register. That does sometimes cause a problem.
