myself and my children are due a payout from the ecoli outbreak in 2005 i am wondering how this would effect an iva. we are currently looking at setting one up. the money for me is for my loss of earnings and extra expentiture etc and theirs for pain and suffering. I dont know if their money will be paid to me or set up i trust. i would hate for their money to be swallowd up in my iva.
56 payments down 4 to go

How much are you getting for the loss of earnings? This will definately be money which will have to be taken into consideration in your IVA - however the children's money ought to be put into trust for them.

Take advice from your on this point.
