Hi All,
Had 2 letters today, 1 each for me & Deb, from Integrity Financial Sevices (Shrewsbury.) Seems to be a general letter saying how quote 'they are concerned we have not been offered all the facts' regarding the iva, lol. Before I shred the letters I thought I would ask if anyone has heard of them before and is this likely to be just a one off from them, or are they likely to start hassling us continuously from now on. Is it worth writing to them to tell them to stick their offer where the sun don't shine, or would it be a waste of good ink?
Thanks in advance,
Steve
Steven & Debbie

I can't say I have ever heard of them but if you are happy with your IVA then stick the letters in the shredder.

I would not waste a stamp writing back to them.

They are a relatively well-known bankruptcy assist firm. Perhaps you should ring them and thank them for their concern, but perhaps a reminder that you do have your own brain and are accustomed to making your own mind up when you make decisions - and you do not need advice from strangers who have just happened to come across your name on the publicly available insolvency register.

Tell them not to write to you again if their interest has been unwelcome.

Brilliant reply Melanie, I always reply to them via letter and insist they reply to assure me they won't be contacting me again and so far so good *touches wood*. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Excellent reply Mel! You just have to put the right amount of sarcasim into your conversation with them.

R for rubbish and S for shredder are the two best things to do for them.

Just got one of them today as well, only been in the IVA for a little under 4 months and all is going fine so shredded it and threw it in the bin. It's taken me long enough to get to this point without anymore drama thanks very much to "integrity".

Wouldn't worry about it! I've contacted one recently and told them in no uncertain terms not to bother me again.

To be fair, they did email me back and apologise and promised to remove my details from their records.

I remember that one Helen! Only ever had letters myself, no phone calls.
