IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Good news,they were very understanding and the Woolwich have agreed to a 30 month extension. So we can enjoy life again.

Best bet would be to go back to Woolwich and ask if they will extend the term of the mortgage.
Failing that, I'd give a mortgage adviser a call, I use these as they specialise in harder to deal with cases (I have bad credit and needed to remortgage)
