I can vouch for Brightoa - they provide an excellent service for anyone looking at putting together a DMP.

Hi Chris
No,not at all.
I just want you to be given the best advice and don,t want you to end up on a neverending DMP.
Is it just the stigma of bankruptcy that stops you from contemplating this solution ?

Hi Andy it is really - Plus I do feel an obligation to do my best...
Thing that bothers me most though is that compared to the size of my debt to others 220.00 would seem an acceptable amount to repay in an IVA , however and I won't name them now due to having read that this site could be monitored!, My IVA company take over 65% in fees , this is the thing I struggle with as my ability to secure a variation will probably fail due to my IVA company takiing too much in fee's!

Hence I think a DMP and then hopefully a SIVA.
