I really need to know from some personal experiences please - How long does it take to get an interim order?

I have asked this question in a previous post, but seemed to get derailed (although the other information was very helpful). I've called the helpline on here and am waiting to get a call back - but current situation is that i've already spoken to an IP and they're hopeful to get an interim order within a week but say it will be a push(?!)
I already have a walking possession order on my shop which they can take action on this Friday.

I can't think of anything else right now, please please - anyone know how long it should take to get an interim order?

That's the only way I will feel safe. I don't want a shop full of customers knowing what's going on.

Speak to another IP doodles - I'm sure something can be sorted out sooner than a week.

You should be able to get one at Court any day - but the IVA proposal will have to be prepared first. I have done these applications in less than 24 hours, but only where the information from my client is of high quality and completely up to date.

Why have you left it so late to address your debts?
