Hello all

Good news have put forward an offer of 11 000 to GT for a full and final. They think this is a possibility and have asked for a meeting with their variation team.

The money will be put forward by my Brother, what will he need to provide them with (apart from the cash)!

Is it just a letter? Do they run a credit check on him? Does he have to provide other legal documents?

Any advice from you wonderful people, much appreciated!

That's great news.

He may have to provide a,bank statement as well but they won't credit check him. They just need to see where the money is coming from. It's to do with money laundering.

Hi thats great news about the F&F :-)

Your brother will probably need to provide a letter stating the funds are available only for the purpose of a F&F IVA, a passport or other photo ID and as you say the cash! but they will not credit check him

Good luck for your meeting

Nahdia - It is great that your brother is helping you out. Our variation process begins with a telephone appointment with one of variation advisors when we will go through your I&E and details of your F&F offer. Your brother will be required to send in a letter confirming the funds he is making available should creditors accept your offer along with ID however as Kelly has advised no credit checks are carried out.
If you have any further queries don't hesitate to contact us,
Kind Regards
Karol

Thank you everybody, all your good wishes are much needed.

Karol, I will indeed get in touch with the team. Just a quick query, I have just last week submitted my income and expenditure information for my annual review. Do I have to go through this again?

Also, I read on another poster message that bank statements are often asked for, both my bank statements and the person who is offering the money. I just want to know so that I can request all the documentation that will be needed.

Thanks in advance.

Nahdia

As you have just submitted an income and expenditure for your annual review, you will not be required to complete another one - bank statments will not be required.
Kind Regards
Karol

Hello everybody, I have my date for my full and final! It is the 24 August, very nervous and excited. Don't want to get my hopes up too high, can't believe this might be over by the end of August.

I made my July payment as well, so hopefully this will put me in good stead!

Should I be positively confident? GT have been great, very helpful and supportive.

The countdown begins!
