hello everyone bare with me on dial up as hubby decided to drop com
down the stairs and adjust broadband, hey ho everything as usual very smooth in this house hold, any way had letter back finally from IPa just as expected, the ip did no wrong of course not happy, baically the committee did not consider mr stirland a prima facie case of misconduct (synergie) and he is not laibale for any disciplinary action, although his letter of engagement lacked some clarity about fees paid upfront, it also said my iva was a viable procedure for my insolvency ( although the jigged my i+e to suit creditors needs)there was no eidence that the ip had breached statute sip3.

as i have already said this body is to cover those who pay for it and i was in a no win situation, those who have complaints against this company make them and together we can make a stand, while they are paying their fees to maintain some kind of professionalism the company will always stand behind them, don't let me put you off as they have decided to close this case i have decided to appeal.

it makes no remarks on how they jig the conditions but says there are inconsistencies, wish me luck in my no win battle

loads of love will try and stay connected somehow!!!!

It is a shame that you are unsatisfied by the response from the IP's regulatory body - do let is know what happens with your appeal.

Hi Kerri
It seems you can't win,it must make you ask why regulatory bodys are there because i havn't personaly seen one poster on this forum get any joy, wiyh a complaint against an ip.
You can't be alone with a complaint against Synergie ive read so many on here and agree with you please anybody who feels this company amoungst others that have submitted unraelistic iva's that havn't been viable please do as Kerri has make a complaint.
Good luck Kerri.
