Same here - I hail from Derbyshire originally, but change rugby shirts depending upon who is winning!

Huge, huge, huge thanks to Melanie and Suzanne!!! All sorted thanks to them. Suzanne rang the OR for me and with her help they have agreed that I do not have enough surplus for an IPA, (I just have to send them my next couple of months payslips). It's a bit weight off my mind, I was panicking that I'd have to pay £160 per month when in reality my surplus is only about £60. My mate's releived as well, because it means he won't have to wait 3 years for me to start paying him back the money I loaned to buy my car back!!!! Once again, many thanks to Melanie and Suzanne, you're a godsend!!

Maybe my previous post was a bit premature!!! Just had a letter from my case officer saying that it is still possible that an IPA will be set up!!! The OR wants Octobers and Novembers payslips to recalculate my my IPA!! Ho hum... back to square one!!!! [:(]

Hi Melanie, well my wages aren't going to change between now and the end of November, so will just submit them and wait and see. I've also got an NT tax code but he's said that they won't collect this until my IPA has been recalculated, so he's told me to hold it back - but as if I'm going to spend it!!!!! Many thanks for your help on this though, and I have a feeling I'll be in touch at the end of November!!!

Hi Melanie, i submitted October and November's payslips to the OR and he's come back with an IPA of £50 per month! Don't know how he's come up with that amount because I earn £1747 per month and my outgoings are about £1714. Any suggestions on what I should do now? I know it's not a lot of money but it is when you haven't got it!!!!!
