ipo which i dont think i can afford

the insolvency people are trying to make me accept an ipo which i dont think i can afford is there any thing i can do my disposable income THEY have said is £100 per month and they want me to pay £50 for 3 years

Hi paulc and welcome to the forum

Are you saying that you do not feel that you can afford £50 per month? If so ask the trustee where he feels you ought to be making savings. You can go to Court and appeal the decision, but you will have to fund the costs of this.

thank you melanie i dont want to sound thick but £12.50 a week to cope with any costs that the insolvency firm have not calculated is not a great deal when you have a teenager in college many thanks paul
