Hi, I owe approx £9,ooo on a cahoot flexi loan and £2500 on a paypal credit card. I am starting Uni in september, full time as a mature student, therefore leaving full time employment and income will be severely lower. Is an IVA appropriate for me?

Also I am trying to arrange pt evening work while at Uni for which I need to go through a financial clearning process.. would this be affected?

thanks for your help

Hey chez, welcome to the forum. An IVA is not appropriate if this is your only debt but there are other options. Please wait for an expert to help you. Viki X

Hi,
A DMP may be the better solution, or contact your creditors directly and make an informal arrangement with them until your circumstances improve
Best Regards

Chez, welcome to the forum. I can't answer your question I'm afraid, but I'm sure an expert will be along shortly who will be able to advise you.
