i owe 18k on a loan 16k on a car loan 23.5 k on credit cards and 4.5 k on an overdraft is an iva my best option

If you dont mind posting more of your income ,if you rent or own your home,outgoings before paying creditors and the actual creditors you owe then others will be able to advise on possible solutions. Mor e info is needed to give accurate advice.

I am one of the several forum experts who may be able to help you if you can provide a little more information. From the brief details you have already provided, it appears that an IVA might be an option for you, but how much do you think you could afford to pay your creditors each month, and are you a property owner?
