My husband has previously been bankrupt (in the 80's) is this taken into account when applying for an IVA?

Hi t bird
Welcome to the forum, it wouldn't mean that you couldn't apply. You will probably need to disclose it but I wouldn't have thought it had any relevance as it was such a long time ago. One of the experts will advise better!
Have you actually started the iva process yet?

IVA started may 07 ended dec 08

It makes no difference whatsoever to his IVA application, but ought to be mentioned for the purposes of transparency.
