Personally i think you need to take some advice from an experienced Insolvency firm. Until then i would not make further payments to ccds.
Bankruptcy maybe the better option for you, but this decision should be taken in conjunction with professional advice.

I really hope you can get this resolved for you.

It is really easy to apply for bankruptcy yourself, without needing to pay an advisory firm to assist you with this? Or your local CAB would probably help you with this without charge.
