Please could someone tell me if inheritence is traceable when a will was not written?

With a windfall does the amount come off of your outstanding debt? Or does your debt figure stay the same?

Hi
A windfall has to be paid into your IVA and will give your creditors a higher dividend return. The maximum that you can pay into your IVA is the original debts plus IP fees plus statutory interest at 8% per year.
You must disclose a windfall once you are in an insolvency agreement.

Yes - these things are traceable via the Probate Office, but your IP would have to know the name of your deceased relative or friend to be able to start.
