We've all been there whetlor, but it does get better, believe me!

I rarely use my mobile at home, always use the landline. We are with BT so we took out broadband talk and had a new number which stopped the creditor calls. We still have the old number as well and have a phone plugged into it as we do get some calls on there.

I have returned all info requested and have had confirmation that my case has been forwarded to the next stage but that is waiting for creditors to confirms balances etc and the speed of this can take some time as it is dependant on the creditors returning info which has been about 2 weekes now but I understand i am one of many applying for iva as i am sure all companies are busy at the mo!

Hi Whetlor Good Luck with your IVA.

I know how you feel about he phone calls, we unplugged our phone but I know it is difficult. Could you change your mobile number and use that? MBNA were the only ones who had my mobile number and they nearly drove me crazy.
