He emaled then yesterday and they told him it could be up to 16 weeks befre they send the certificate.

Well today is truly a fresh start of me been debt free. I checked the Insolvency register this morning and I am no longer on it. So just waiting for the paperwork now which I hope I should get in the next few days.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Our name came off the register within a week and we received the Certificate almost 4 weeks from the date of the variation meeting.

The certificate of completion arrived today. So it is now fully over. Can anyone tell me how I update my credit files now to show that my IVA has been completed ? Just want to try and get my credit files sort of straight so that I will get a better mortgage offer next year.

Send a copy of the completion certificate to the three credit reference agencies,Callcredit,Equifax and Experian
