Im currently in the 2nd year of my IVA and I recently read about Full and Final IVA's which I wasnt told about when I spoke to my IVA company (Debt Free) - is it too late for me to change to a Full and Final IVA or am I tied to my IVA for the next 3 years?

My parents are willing to loan me £8000 which I think would be enough to clear my IVA as my debt as off 2 years ago was approx £20k.

That would seem a sensible solution, and if I were your IP I would probably put it before creditors for them to decide whether it represents a viable option for them.
