Totaly agree it has caused me untold stress and i feel that yes eventually it will cause serious problems for ip's as if the client does not agree to the modifications then can it not be classed as fraud.agreeing to a legaly binding contract without consent?

I think a lot of people do not realise this and perhaps do not feel they have a choice as they are staring down the barrel at the BR courts and desperately want the IVA to be accepted. Well said Melanie, some IP's out there may not be as honest, me thinks.
