I have been in an IVA for 2years, have moved house and not notified the IVA company, nor have I had a review.
What happens next, is my IVA null and void and have I been declared bankrupt?

Are you still making IVA payments or have you just disappeared off the radar [?]
I would think you are in big trouble if you don't inform your IP what is going on, I'm no expert but burying your head in the sand is the worst thing you could do, why spend the last 2 years paying in to an IVA just to spoil it all by runningb away.
If I were you I would talk to my IP and get some professional advice.
IVA COMPLETED ON THE 17th MARCH, FINAL I&E COMPLETED 26th APRIL, COMPLETION CERTIFICATE ARRIVED 2nd AUGUST

Hi
Check the insolvency register online to see if you are bankrupt
