If you are asking about an iva then the amount you will be expected to pay will be your disposable income, that is what is left after paying your living expenses it is usually shown as pence in the pound , the lowest acceptable is usually around 25p in the pound and it can be as much as 1.00 in the pound meaning you would pay the full debt back. The money is not stopped from your wages.
