Perseverance paid off! Today I spoke to a customer service lady at GT. She was very helpful, understanding and very sympathetic (had a meltdown on the phone to her)
I have added the outcome of my call to my other question regarding F&F - I also sent a reply to her direct email suggesting that they review the lack of rep on here as a lot of their customers feel abandoned due to Karol no longer liaising with clients. She said I had made a valid point and had forwarded my suggestion on to her manager.
Fingers crossed they sort someone else
SO MY ADVICE IS PHONE THEM DON'T EMAIL, only email once you have spoken with someone directly.
**23'04'14 - IVA Complete F&F Agreed with payments made to date oh and a fat PPI reclaim helped too. Completion Certificate received 23'10'14 ** After a couple of years of waking up and 'surviving' the day I now wake up and 'Live' for the day!!
