If it's a yes then you will need to pay the money across and then wait for your completion letter.
The IVA will remain on your credit record for the full six years but you should check your record to see if any defaults were registered after the start date of the IVA.
Once you have the completion notice then it will drop off the Insolvency Register within three months.

Ours took 4 months and the meeting was at 11am Tues just gone, and had phone call by 11.15 accepting the offer and just paid all funds through Payplanplus for Myself and my husbands (we had Interlocking IVA's) Our case officer said once the money hits our account - which it has now, they will begin the closing down process but I didn't asked a timescale as gather it would be slow but by e-mailing via Payplanplus direct to my case officer I always got responses within a couple of hours. Fingers and toes crossed for you cos I know how I felt Tuesday! And it's still sinking in...!! Good Luck

Since my Full and Final offer was accepted and paid I am yet to hear anything. It's now been 8 weeks. I was told I should receive the completion certificate within 30 days but am yet to hear anything, I've chased up PayPlan twice but yet to get a reply. How long does it usually take?
Payplan are notoriously slow at the moment. Having said that 8 weeks isn't as long as some. Mine (with Payplan) was eight weeks from start to finish. Keep pestering them.

I think they may have actually said it would take 30 days to distribute the funds to my creditors then a completion certificate would follow.
However I've now had a reply from PayPlan and they've said 12 weeks (i'm assuming that a total, so another 4 weeks). They said as soon as the completion process has been finalised they will draw up the completion notice and send out to me and creditors included within the IVA. Which sounds like they haven't even distributed the funds to creditors yet!
Hi Jax, I'm glad you have chased as we're waiting on ours and our meeting was 2 days before yours. When I last chased Payplan, they said it would be 3 months, which all things considered seems fairly reasonable! So let's see shall we.[:)]
