I'm glad it went well at the CAB and I hope things will be sorted out for you soon.

Regarding text speak - Dave takes the mickey out of me as I'm the only person he knows who texts in long hand!

That's good news about them writing to your creditors, CAB tend to have a bit more clout when dealing with creditors than we do so hopefully it will get sorted out.
As for abbrev text, I always have to correct my typing as I do write in txt spk, even when I'm hand writing!!!! My hubby can't really do txt, he always writes them out in full, it takes him ages to do a txt....lol
xx
It's nice to be back......

Glad your meeting went well and I hope your offers are accepted.
I can understand text but I can't write it . So I'm another one that takes forever to write a text. I usually haven't got my glasses on either, so I'm also feeling round the buttons and trying to see what it says. Anything rather than get the glasses out.
I'm one of these that sends predictive text so messages say home instead of good etc.
It's hard loosing the brain cells.

I text in normal English, text speak drives me nuts, takes me ages to read and understand. I use T9 so its not so bad. I think it would take me ages to use text speak as I would have to learn the language first. I have only just learned teen speak and that keeps changing every week.

lily tyvm means thank you very much. I know what you mean about it being another language. I can inderstand it as I used to be a civil servant and it's all jargon there.
