is there anyway i can end my iva early

i am currently in an iva, i recently submitted a variation to try and end my iva early but the company dealing with it are being slow and quite uncooperative, i have the funds in place which would satisfy all the monet i owe the creditors, is there anyway i can end my iva early and deal with the creditors myself, and if so am i able to get back the money already in my iva that is waiting to be claimed by the creidtors

It is possible to end your IVA early in some circumstances.
When you say you have funds in place to satisfy all you owe to your creditors....

A) would that be the full ammount you owed before you entered into your IVA?

B) where would the funds be coming from?

Also do you have an equity release clause?

You should not do this outside the remit of your IVA, and in any case would not be able to get back monies already paid over to your IP, but should press your IP to deal with your request.

Which company are you with?

am with accuma, would i be right in saying then that the only way to get out of any iva is by submitting a variation, am i legally bound to comit to the term, what would happen if i just simply stopped paying

The the IVA would go into default and this could result in you being made bankrupt.

Representatives of Accuma regularly read this forum, and I am sure that they would not be happy to learn that you are less than satisfied with the services you are currently receiving. Hopefully someone from that firm can sort out your communicaton problems, or you could try e-mailing your IP direct (use a read and delivery receipt to confirm receipt).

is there any kind of complaints authority i can go to if i am still not satisfied with service or anything i can do to sort my situation out

If you are unhappy with the service of a particular IP, and have used that firm's usual complaints procedure without success, then you could refer the matter to the IP's regulatory body for further investigation.
