Why wasn't Matthew able to help you today loopylass81? Has he been able to find someone else internally who can?
Cause apparently he has never completed a variation meeting before (some training i think he needs to undertake!)

Yes but im still waiting, after I was promised a phonecall as soon as the meeting finished which never happened.

Fingers crossed i get an email or phone call today

mmmhhh meeting day arrived no phone call :-(

After half an hour of battling with one agent I finally got to speak to Matthew who unfortunately was unable to help me and I am still no further to closing... I seriously am so fed up with all this no its 1 step forward and 10 back.. :-(
God almighty.... All this isn't filling me with any confidence that my iva will be completed any time soon (finished in February) and I've had the usual automated responses from dfd which is it could take x amount of time to complete and to return my ppi forms which I did over a year ago

Absolute shambles
If you havent completed your PPI stuff and its closed i would contact EIF and making sure they are working on your case that was my mistake and the reason I am still waiting for DFD to do something
sorry to invade on your thread but do you have any contact details for EIF??

Calling Loopylass, how did it go on Monday, hope everything is ok, do let us know. x
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

2 companies want 7 days extra so we have to wait although one of them has come back to with a yes we still need to wait for the other.. DFD are not filling me with confidence at the moment especially considering I asked for a callback straight away and spent Monday afternoon on hold trying to get an answer

Thanks for asking about me orchid.. Hope you are ok?

Oh no Loopylass that's not fair, I thought this was it, hopefully though next week you will have your answer, DFD aren't renowned for their call backs, try not to be disheartened, fingers crossed.

I'm fine and dandy though, thank you for asking.

Hi Loopylass my heart goes out to you, I know how you feel one minute your are up the next you are down, DFD need to be very mindful that a lot of people are becoming forum savvy and won't go with them if they keep moving goal posts and being mavericks.

I hope you get some resolution soon, fingers cross and it's easy for me to say don't get despondent, take care and be safe. x
