Can I make it clear that I will not be posting on that forum, as I would not be happy to put my name to such an unprofessional site.
I did speak to Mr Brown - primarily to get an apology from him for circulating his letters to clients of mine - and we had a discussion about IVA mis-selling - where I do have some concerns to be frank. I agreed at the time that I would post some views on the site, but never agreed to become an expert on that forum or to having my name used in some way to give it credibility.
Having reflected upon this over the last few weeks, I will not be partaking further.
