I did an online survey last week to see if I qualify for an IVA and within 48 hrs had things sorted. Apprently all I need to do is send though copies of bank statements and other pieces of paper. I have received an email that I need to sign and send back in the post. Is this process to easy or am I missing something??

Please help

This is just the very beiginning....

You need to make sure you have considered all options open to you and that you make the right decision for you and your family.

I am with Melanie Giles who posts on here. Her team are great and they have discussed all options available to me as an individual. I personally think that is the key, they treat me as unique and not as a general case. When I ring theyknow who I am, I am not a number.

We made several enquiries and followed this site for numerous weeks before we decided to get our finances officially looked at. Take your time and make sure your decision is the right one.

Good luck XX

It can be easy...or it can be difficult!

Check out the IVA company first and read their reviews on this site. some companies charge up front fees and many are just as good and charge you nothing!

Its not always best to go with the first company you find,so spend a little time researching before you commit!
