I know I haven't posted for a few months but have really pre-occupied with trying to get the house move sorted, which we did although it still looks like a bomb site however another challenge has presented itself to us - we are going to be parents!!!

Whilst I'm slightly excited, nervous, scared etc I don't know when would be the best time to inform GT of this. They have been really good up until now.

If dates work out then I am due mid-March 2009 shortly before our third anniversary and sadly, realistically, there is no way that we can continue our payments even if I do return to work.

Question is - what is likely to happen to our IVA - are our creditors going to bankrupt us or could there be a remote possibilty that they will settle for what is in the pot?

Your advice and assistance would be appreciated?

Lou

Congrats Louisa.

I agree with ladyh, you need to inform your IP so that something can be sorted out about your payments.
