Hi everyone, I had my variation meeting today and my offer for full and final settlement was accepted. I'm numb with excitement and relief, I don't think it has quite hit me as yet. I will post a link to my blog that is almost finish very shortly, I was just waiting for todays outcome so I could finish it.

Hopefully, my experience of being in an IVA will help others. I would just like to say a big thank you to all those that have supported me and a huge thank you to my wonderful sister. Thank you also to Payplan, especially JC and all the staff who have helped me over the past 4-5 years. They have been nothing but professional and friendly, I highly recommend them.

I will stick around to try and help others like me on this forum but will leave you with this quote:

"There is light at the end of the tunnel and it is not that of an oncoming train, focus on the light and you will succeed"

Good luck to everyone :)

Just received confirmation today from Payplan that my IVA has been satisfied with the full and final settlement. The Chairman's Report was included also, the certificate of completion is to follow. Payplan said they will send one to each of my creditors. It still has not hit me yet that it's finally finished, hopefully it will soon enough.
