GT bought IVAs from MDC and are refusing to close a completed IVA so they can skim a commission from PPI claims that might take months more. Ive written(email) directly to IR to get them to change it from an email address given to me on another thread.

I did telephone GT a month ago with reference to the PPI's and IVA and they informed me that the PPI was totally separate, it would run its own course and will have no effect on the IVA being completed... Great I thought, but having read a lot of posts, this does not seem to be the case... How I hate being misled and lied to.. my 60th payment was early November so waiting to see whats what...
