meeting at 3pm!!scared stiff!!
what happens of the creditors want more and i cant afford it will it be refused???

Hi gemma and welcome to the forum. All the best for your meeting. I am sure all will be fine.
If they ask for more and you cant afford then stick to yours guns there is no point in accepting an unaffordable amount as your iva will just fail. It will not necessarily fail as i have seen some not accepting and creditors have agreed to the original amount. Your Ip should fight your case should this happen.
Try not to worry see what happens. keep busy and let us know how you get on.

No you could always do a dmp for a while and retry for an iva at a later date, also there is talk of the new sivas coming in at somee point soon which require only 50% of creditor agreement to be agreed.
Do you have assets to lose in bankrupcy, will it affect your job, if not it may be the way forward. BUT you havent got to that point yet so try to stop worrying and hopefully all will be wel.

Thank god its been accepted, had to increase by £26 but thats ok!!!
