don't ever say 'self pity' we all have down days and we're entitled to it.. its very stressful and its b****y hard work.. chin up and hope you're sorted soon!!

Fortunately I'm with Melanie so I know whatever happens whether I like it or not I will be okay and I will have done the best for everyone considering the appalling situation I'm in.

Just, as you say having a few bad days, doesn't help that I can't sleep had 4 hours last night and although I'm tired I cannot settle.

It's sad that people see houses as investments rather than homes.
Likewise, I'm in the same boat, looks like when the IVA is out the way prices may be more affordable although getting a mortgage may prove to be a challenge for me then as a first time buyer.
