Hi All,

I got some fantastic news today my IVA has been accepted...I cannot believe it has been accepted :-)

My main creditor was hsbc with about 37% debt and they voted YES to 25p n the £

Size4 - Mike Morgan - Thanks for all your help you have got this iva wrapped up for me in under 4 weeks - Thanks very much

Will post details from chairman’s report once I have but I have been told all voted yes but egg and Amex wanted an extra £80 but were out voted by 0.1% :-)

Thats fanitastic, HSBC arent usually as loving and giving. Perhaps they are a listening bank after all.

Keep smiling, you deserve it, well done, under 4 weeks.... Thats amazing your IP should be crowned.

Thats right freelili my main problem was going to be hsbc who like to have 40p in the £.

I was with clear debt they have been fantastic getting it all approved for me in 4 weeks

Yeh looks like hsbc will accept less then 40p if the best offer is put forward
