Congratulations from me too - and perhaps a little favour! Could you let me know who your IP firm are as I am monitoring which firms seems to get let off the 40p hurdle rate.

Excellent work by David's team, and inspirational for all of us who struggle with hurdle rates which do not accord with current IVA protocol. I will yet again question the people who vote for HSBC to see if there has been a change in policy in this regard.

Melanie

As far I am aware there was chance of them voting no, as I was told I may need to look at a 6 year Iva to swing hsbc's vote

But I was very very surprised today when I found out they have voted yes and with no modifications

I mean I would have accepted a 6 year Iva as a last resort

If I did get refused I would have gone bankrupt as I have over £66,000 in debt and would not have chose a debt management plan

Are you finding they are asking for 40p in the £ with none homeowners?
