The Court detailed on the IVA register should be the Court in which your IVA was submitted. Where do you live Ray?

Sorry Melanie ... the court should be Kingston Upon Hull as I live in East Yorkshire but its registered in the register as Banbury (not Bancroft .. that was just my senility showing). Still awaiting a reply from my IP.

Here I am doing and saying the same things I did back then and now I'm labelled senile

It's nice to know that I'm not the only senile one on the forum Ray!

Ray

I really would not worry about this. If the entry is wrong on the register then this is only a minor defect and will not affect you in any way. Your IP should put this right directly with the Registrar.

Thats a load of my mind Melanie .. I thank you xx. By way of a thank you ... a little .. yeah you guessed it ... Jokette

A customer sent an order to a distributor for a large amount of goods totaling a great deal of money. The distributor, noticing that the previous bill hadn't been paid, instructed the collections manager to contact the customer.

The collections manager made the call and left a voice-mail for them saying, "We can't ship your new order until you pay for the last one."

The next day the collections manager received an email from the customer who said,

"Please cancel the order. We can't wait that long."
