Hi all,
Got a call to say that the IVA proposal has been accepted, the only variation was to do with the IP fees which I was told didn't affect me or the payments. Don't know what the voting status was for each creditor yet, but I was told that no one voted against but there wer some who didn't bother voting. So the dividend is 26p/£1.
I feel so relieved that it was accepted and I have this forum to thank for its wealth of information, especially seen as I hadn't even heard of an IVA a few months ago.
So once again I thank you and I will post the voting results as soon as I get that information

cheers

KLG[:D]

Thankyou for your responses and yes the relief is strange but good[:D] I feel like I am on a high (I am getting face ache from smiling, not done that for a while) I know the high will subside but for now I will enjoy it, I am even happier that I don't have to pay my first payment till the 29th october so that means I can squirrel some pennies away. Its madness how long I tried to pay my debts as the IVA monthly payment of £279 is only £20 less that I paid for one of my loans, nevermind my other loan and 20K on credit cards crazy. I will still visit this site and post, it is a friend to me.
Anyway thanks and here's to a brighter future[8D]

now I am going to have a vodka and redbull[:p] ok maybe 2

KLG
