hi guys - i've just had my IVA accepted today and feel as tho this is a new beginning !! my dividend is 33p to the £ and with HSBC as my major creditor - they accepted! the votes were as follows

HSBC loan- £11500 - yes
HSBC credit card- £5500 - yes
HSBC o/d- £1500 - yes
Halifax - £2500 - yes
Asda - £4500 - no vote
Virgin/MBNA - £5600- no

I just wanna say this time 2 months i was ready to take my hair out and become bankrupt but since i got in touch with my local IP company - it has been very painless and stress free process - no upfront payments and they were very quick with the process and kept me upto date with everything. Those that are out there in the similar position - please dont sit their stressing and have sleepless nights - there is always a solution to everything and remember its only money - your health is more important.x
